5:45 PM: Welcome reception in the Tasting Tower – a stylish start with champagne and gourmet appetizers.
6:45 PM: Exclusive tour of Grand Cru Classé de Graves, Château Haut-Bailly.
8:00 PM: Four-course dinner at the Château, paired with fine wines.

DAY 2
Tuesday, October 28, 2025
8:30 AM: Departure to Montpon-Ménestérol.
10:00 AM: Caviar Experience, including a guided tour and tasting, followed by an exclusive lunch.
3:30 PM: Return to the hotel.
8:00 PM: Dinner at the hotel’s bistro, La Table du Lavoir, renowned for its regional specialties.

10:00 AM: Departure to Médoc.
11:00 AM: Private visit to Château Figeac, one of only two Premier Grand Cru Classé A estates in Saint-Émilion.
Midday: Exclusive lunch at the Château.
4:00 PM: Return to the hotel for a luxurious spa experience at the award-winning Caudalie Spa.
6:30 PM: Leisure time at the hotel.
8:00 PM: Michelin-starred dinner at La Grand’Vigne, an extraordinary culinary finale.
